2.  Most of our positions are highly-specialized within the health care sector.  Our primary emphasis is on placing experienced hematology-oncology professionals and nursing professionals.  For example, we place Oncology Registered Nurses, Oncology Nurse Managers, Oncology Mid-Level Providers, other specialized Staff RNs, and select allied health professionals.  All of our positions require at least one to two years of prior technical training at an accredited college or technical school, and many of our positions require specialized master's degrees.  Professional work experience within the specialty is also almost always required.  Except as posted online, we are unable to recruit CNAs or LPNs.
