"Working with AmeriNurse/The Nevins Group was a very pleasurable experience. If I ever have to look for another job this is the only company I will contact. They are honest, efficient, dependable, thorough, and very nice people. They really care about their candidates. They placed me with a [health care] company that I really love working for."
"As a senior Human Resource Professional, I have always taken pride in my department's ability to meet all of the recruiting needs of our organization, from the non-exempt to the executive level. This year, however, I ran into a situation which had all of us stumped. We found ourselves unable to staff a specialty healthcare position in a major metropolitan market! Joel of The Nevins Group found us and offered his services. Sure enough, with innovation and persistence, Joel found the "perfect" candidate. And he did a phenomenal job of confirming references and keeping the candidate on track for a successful hire. The next time I have a difficult position to fill, Joel will be my first thought." Oncology Physician Assistant Job Opportunity in Dallas/Fort Worth: Up to $110,000+ Compensation The Nevins Group is seeking to hire an experienced Oncology PA for a fast-growing and very stable employer in the Dallas region. We've placed three PAs with this organization over the past five years and they are ALL still with the employer. As the newest PA, you will work with two well-reputed physicians. The first is said to be "one of the nicest physicians" you could ever work with; he is very efficient, sees a lot of patients, and yet he leaves the office on-time each day. More important, he is said to be a "huge patient advocate" and will do "what's right for the patient." The second doctor you will work with is the "most down-to-earth" person and is said to be very nice and "very energetic" with "lots of personality"; he is a "born teacher," and is generous and will often take a back seat to others' needs. This second doctor is busy, yet is continuing to ramp-up his comparatively-new practice. Both doctors are said to be "devoid of ego" in comparison to other physicians. This position has a 50-hour work week, M-F, usually from 8:30a.m. to 6:30p.m., with no call and weekends free. To meet their needs, we are looking for an experienced Oncology PA (or possibly an oncology nurse practitioner) who is professional, highly-intelligent, outgoing, cheerful, and hard-working. We may consider a "cracker-jack, sharp as a tack" PA who has substantial internal medicine experience rather than oncology, but we'd very much prefer oncology experience. To apply, you will also need to have prior job tenures of at least two years on average. The base salary is up to $90,000+ a year. In addition, you will be eligible for productivity bonuses that will take your compensation up to the $110,000+ level after your first 12 months of employment. For more information or to apply, please be sure to email your resume and detailed cover letter. You may email us by CLICKING HERE. Or you may fax us at: 772-299-1680. We respond to all CVs within two business days of receipt; if you do not hear from us, it means we haven't received your resume. Finally, please be sure to submit your resume prior to contacting us by phone. We thank you for your interest in this desirable oncology physician assistant opening.

"Working with Joel of The Nevins Group was great. I spent three months looking for the right job on my own. Ten days after my first contact with Joel I had the right job. Joel was helpful and extremely conscientious in following-up on each detail of the job process. He made sure that I was prepared for the interview with very solid advice. He was a man of his word. Thanks again, Joel. I would recommend their firm to any one of my nursing colleagues." J.C., Candidate
"Utilizing the services of AmeriNurse/The Nevins Group has been a wonderful experience and a pleasant surprise. Having someone else take care of relaying messages, gathering details, filling in the missing pieces, and picking-up the loose ends allowed me to concentrate on what I needed and wanted from a position. Joel was extremely helpful and understanding... [He] was extremely helpful in assisting with all aspects of applying for and obtaining a position. He also went through the licensing bureaucracy with me and was an excellent resource. I recommend his recruitment service to employers and candidates alike." D.P., Candidate |
